12/26/03 7:13 pm Hi, Happy New Year to all the folks in the ABC network! I just wanted to share a recent "Are You Being Served" interview by an AC. This AC went to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the only Level III neonatal unit in NH. Now we have been sending quilts there forever. However as a result of the interview, we now know there are four sizes/types of quilts that they need. For example they would like some machine quilted 12" by 18" to use inside the isolettes to cover the little ones. We know can better serve the needs of this client. I know this is probably old hat to some of you good folks that have been doing this forever but for we newer folks, this was a revelation and shows that the effort is a worthwhile one. Now in the future we have the information on file for a transfer if necessary. If any of you folks have had similar experiences, I'd love to hear about them. Post them here or email me at [email protected] Thanks so much. John John
